    Hi,

I'm due to start a new job tomorrow in Central Park Leopardstown and am trying to figure out the best way to get there.

I'd need to drive so was going to drive to the Sandyford Park & Ride and walk the 10 minutes.

I was just wondering how early you would need to be there to get a space? It looks like there's only 44 spaces so im guessing it would be hard enough to get a space after 8?

You would end up paying €45 for the privilege.

There are other car parks in the area.

Is it not 4 euro a day?

park in the hospital behind central park, or park in Woodford estate on Brewery road, its not private so you can park there.
or park up at leopardstown heights.
    all parking is free.

if you get in early enough there are a few spots at bewleys around the side that are free, but you need to be early.

and the luas goes to central park now.

    Great thanks!!

I'd be there most mornings before 8 - i'm not really familiar with the area.

Is the parking in the hospital free? I suppose its a case of driving up early and taking my chance.

    Thanks again.

There's parking on the site of where Atlantic Homecare was, it's cheap enough on a weekly basis (€2 per day, I think) and there are always spaces.

I'm surprised you can't park in Central Park - have you asked?

Sure, but that only applies to Luas customers.

This is the best and cheapest place to park, its only a few hundred metres down from the Park & Ride (stillorgan stop).

How is this checked? I have a luas smart card. I'm technically a luas customer but may not be using the luas for parking (which I do very often).
