In contact with someone who has HIV +

I have being worrying about this since yesterday when I found out via facebook that a guy I was in contact with recently is HIV positive, the reason being is because on the night I was in contact with him I had squeezed a pimple on my chest and there was quite alot of blood seeping from it afterwards. This guy is gay and he was trying to chat me up in a night club to which I told him to leave me alone, the music was loud so I could not hear him so I asked him to type in a message on his phone and show it to me so I could understand what he was saying. I wasn't drunk on the night and I can remember holding his phone in my hand and using the keys. He had grabbed be by the arm a few times and that was it, nothing else whatsoever. That was two months ago. Yesterday I was on facebook when I recognised him in a picture on a mutual friend's list, I clicked his page and was shocked to discover that he had declared on his info page that he had HIV and if anyone had a problem with it then they were to get off his page etc. I thought about the night I met him and I remember an hour after when I got home that I had burst a spot on my chest and there was alot of blood, so much that there was huge stain on my shirt and my dad thought I was in a fight when he seen it in the wash the next morning. Now I am nervous that I could of got contaminated I have OCD so I usually carry alcohol gel with me and had it on the night in question but can't remeber if I used it, I would NEVER touch my skin without using it and I had little to drink so it's possible I used it. I will now seek to have a test done, but I am really worried about this

Talk to your dr get them to educate you about how HIV can be spread person to person and asses if you need a test.
