mounting fobus holsters

I need help understanding how these fobus holsters work. From the looks of it there is no strap so you can't just use it as a thigh holster like other holsters made from cordura or nylon. What is required to mount these holsters in a drop leg set-up? Besides a molle thigh rig and the holster, is there an adapter required? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Aren't Fobus holsters specifically designed as hip holsters? I've never seen one worn on the thigh, and certainly not on any sort of rig. Safariland, SERPA, 5.11 and other kydex holsters, yes. Fobus, never.
