EOGHAN HARRIS (Ind lol) said he would be voting for Fine Gael because he wished to vote for authority. He went on to deplore the “incontinent manner” in which that party and Labour had behaved in ensuring the Finance Bill was rushed through the Oireachtas.

Has he no shame? What a cretin.

An inconsistent, shallow rent-a-gob. The best approach is to ignore him, he's spent his whole life looking for attention. Maybe he had no toys when he was a kid.

I don't think anyone really takes this man seriously. You will find that with any power structure, there will always be parasites willing to prostitute themselves to the highest bidder. And that is what we have here-a political prostitute. As are most involved with the Sindo.

The man is lower than a snake's ballbag.

Delights in the attention all this changing sides brings him, and his grasp of Irish history comes across like it was pieced together from the backs of matchboxes.

Bertie putting him in the Seanad was disgusting, and offensive to the people of Ireland.

He's a liability to FG - of course maybe that's why he's doing it!!

He really is this sorry island's own Grima Wormtongue.

I once attended a debate at which Eoghan Harris spoke. He freely admitted to chopping and changing regarding his support for parties, but said he at all times had remained consistent. He likened himself to being in a large cinema theatre, constantly moving seats, but always looking at the big picture.

This thread is closed since too many of the posts descend into simple name calling about the individual. This kind of posting is not welcome on this forum. Calling someone a cretin is not acceptable!

And believe me, I'm extremely far from being a fan of Harris.
