upc tv down in Drumcondra Dublin 9???

Hey, my upc internet is fine, turned on the tv and nothing...its showing the tv guife box on each station saying whats on next but the screen stays black.....worked today.....only notice this problem at 8pm.....anyone else have issues?????

currently having a problem now in Dublin 16. Internet fine, but TV is not showing any channels.
