Fagan, Cruise, Long, Paddy and JJ McDonagh, Eade all notched up points victories while Griffin won his bout in the first and Ian Tims and Levan Ghvamichave come away with second round victories.

In the eagerly anticipated main event Anthony Fitzgerald retained his Irish title when the fight was stopped in the 7th round due to a Murtagh cut.
General concensus been that Murtagh won the first 3 round and Fitz took the next 3 with the last round been fairly even.

Anyone find out how Prunty done yet?
Michael Sweeney, Paul Hyland, Mark Heffron were all slated to appear but had to pull out in thr lead up due to illness / injury.

Gavin Prunty weighed in on Saturday and then i heard he hurt his leg and couldnt fight but the best news i heard at the show was that Spike Osullivans trainer and Manager Paschal Collins told Fitzgeralds Manager Don Oleary to put Osullivan and Fitzgerald in the ring together .
It would be a great Co-feature on the Casey undercard

I know Prunty is into his skateboarding, he probably tried to do like a Roy Jones and skateboard during the day and fight at night.

Which reminds me.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DpUZ-zcSyYY Good times :D
