ok, ,i have two wrinkles - the first of many no doubt. My mates reckoned they were dehydration lines but they are not..

so can anyone recommend a really good anti aging cream/product? Or are there any that actually work?

Sunscreen (plus sunglasses) are the best anti-aging products!

I thought I was getting wrinkles for about a year, but I changed my diet, drank lots of water(stayed hydrated) drank less often, excercised more often.
My skin looks alot smoother, I feel alot better and life is good

I stopped eating pizza and junk food almost entirely.
Your cravings for the sugar go away after a week or two, and its like you never needed them

Eat alot more fruit and vegetable, and take a cheap tesco multivitamin per day

Do you mind me asking what age you are?

A topical retinoid is probably the best thing you can use for anti-aging. You can get them in prescription and non-prescription form. I know that retinoids you can get under prescription (such as Tretinoin) will reverse wrinkles that have already formed, but I'm not sure about the efficacy of over-the-counter brands.

can you tell me something more about this? On what grounds would you get it on prescription?

I how old are you? if you can give me more info i will gladly try and advise you. Firstly don't go whacking on any anti aging creams if they are not suited, they won't do any good to your skin or your pockets!

In the mean time i can tell you the best way to avoid wrinkles is to use an SPF daily no less the 15, drink plenty water and stack up on your fruit n veg. Face mask once a week and a facial scrub also. Sun glasses are great to stop the squinting that deepens wrinkles around the eyes.

i am 31. I have started using 2 serums - a daily nutrient serum and a lipid serum which should hopefully correct an oil imbalance in my skin.
I guess I am wondering if there is a product that I should be using to prevent wrinkles.
