Comedy Central mystery message

Was watching 30 Rock on Comedy Central yesterday, and just as the ads came on a big wall of text came up on the screen for about 5 seconds - red background, white text. The first line went "NOBODY LIKES CHANGE. THAT'S WHY WE". That's all I could read before it disappeared.
Then it happened again later on that night while watching South Park, in the middle break. Has anyone else seen this? Has anyone read the full thing?

I noticed it a few days ago and paused it. It just mentions that they are moving to channel 112 on Tuesday and gives some random facts about the number 112. I think there are a few of them (I've noticed two so far).

Living is becoming Sky Living moving to 107.

The one about 'change' goes on to say that sometimes a change can be good, like moving channel to a better place.
There are a few different ones alright and you'd have to have Sky+ to catch what it says. If they want people to know they are moving, they should leave it on screen for longer.

To be fair, they are saying in every ad promoting the new series' of Two & A Half Men, 30 Rock, etc., that they're moving as well
