Can you reset your account?

    I don't know whether this belongs in Xbox or COD, so I'll let the mods decide.

    A couple of weeks ago I was playing World at War. I entered a Nazi Zombie server, and it was hacked. As soon as I entered the server I got loads of achievements. I dashboarded as quick as I could, but it was hopeless.

    I was level 55 at the time. My rank doesn't appear ingame. Only the number appears in lobbies. All the rank images are messed up, don't appear in barracks. I'm now level 65 and I can't prestige. The option is greyed out. I have the achievement for level 10 prestige which is probably ****ing the thing up.

    What annoys me most is that people assume I'm a cheater. I'm not. What kind of cheater has more deaths than kills? :pac:

    What are my options? I don't want to set up a new account and have to buy xbox live for it and points. Is there a way to tell Treyarch to reset my account? If someone reports me, will that do it?

    Send Treyarch an email. That might be your best option. IDK what they can do.

    yeah send treyarch an email explaining what happened, they might be able to help!!!!
    i went onto world at war about 4 days ago (ps3) and i went into a team deathmatch where i was able to run/jump from one end of ther map to the other in id say 4 or 5 seconds, one of those superfast low gravity things, i never seen waw hacked like that before. everyone was running around and jumping 30 foot up in the air, very funny, also 1 persons name had clan tag (rain) and it was coloured font their name, this was patched a long time ago but i have noticed the odd person with this again, the old clan tag glitch
