Enda has made headlines in the Sunday Indo for tripping up on Twitter. Here is what Enda tweeted......

Mr Kenny said: "Sorry I didn't get the chance on RTE. Very good meeting with Pres Barroso. Said recognition of deal an absolute priority if we form new Govt." Five minutes later, Mr Kenny corrected himself to say: "renegotiation of the deal an absolute priority".

Can we believe what Enda says to us after this?

Simple typo. I'm sure if we read all your posts, you have probably made a few as well ?

Assuming it's him typing, meh, he's human after all.

Haven't mixed up "recognition" and "renegotiation" yet though :D

I follow a lot of people on twitter, mainly sports journalists

As soon as one makes an error, they get contacted by people reading their tweets so usually they'll correct themselves after a few minutes.

Imagine somebody doing the same for all your posts!

This isn't tweetgate, it's not even a story

so he mixed up some words. seems like a non-issue. Seems like the Sindo is trying to paint Enda in a bad light. Again. Pro-FF reporting if you ask me.

The sunday indo, along with RTE love FF. Im sure they are going to be painting Enda in a bad light no matter what he does or how much he may try for help for ireland.

It is a story if it makes it on to the front page of the Sunday newspaper with the largest circulation. I have nothing against Enda but I'm concerned that he might be telling us what he feels we want to hear. We don't need anymore empty election promises....

I think Ive seen him using an iPhone. Given the predictive text on it, he did well to get that much right.

    Non story.

Micheál Martin partakes in the destruction of the country for 10+ years and here we are talking about Enda Kenny making a typo while he was getting off his ass and going to Europe to try and get a head start on undoing the mess.

What a propaganda filled little nation we are. Its so blatantly obvious now as to be funny.

FG leader has his credentials questioned after a typo.

You'd think some people's thresholds for error on the part of politicians would be somewhat higher in this country, given how we've rolled over for the last 3 years and let FF use us as they wished.

This is even more of a non story then the thread on Micheál Martin's choice of shirt and tie.

    BREAKING NEWS

    Enda Kenny Makes Typo!
How can the country ever trust him to run things?

I think the real culprit here is you, for not only making a massive mountain from a molehill, but also for using the suffix "gate".

    Please stop it!

It's hardly that big an issue... Not words I'd mix up, but having said that he probably didn't tweet it, one of his minions did, and got it wrong!

He will still be a sh1te leader one way or the other!

Your being a bit pedantic! I'm no Enda fan but do beleive him to be honest with the country interests first. Don't think he supports cronysim or back handers. I really wouldn't discriminate anyone on their spelling in fact I have two very intelligent dyslexic children who can't spell so spelling is not a measure of intelligence and certainly not honesty.

I agree with your point about dyslexia, look at Richard Branson and what he has achieved. I don't believe that Enda has dyslexia though.
