How to make my hair grow faster?

Hi all,
My hair is a few inches past my shoulders and I'd like it to grow much longer.
Does anyone know anything that will make it grow faster?

Nothing will make your hair grow faster than it naturally does.
But make sure that you are eating a healthy diet as a poor diet will slow down hair growth. Try to stop straightening/blowdrying it as these cause split ends if you're not careful. Wearing it up to stop it catching under the strap of your bag and rubbing off you seatbelt as these can also cause split ends. Trim split ends off as they can't be repaired and will only travel up the hair shaft. You don't need to trim it every 6-8 weeks if it isn't damaged but do cut it if it needs it.

Trim your hair especially if you have split ends, your hair will grow better if it's healthy so using a good conditioner and try taking some cod liver oil tablets as they help nail and hair growth. On average your hair will grow and inch every month.

Get your hair trimmed every 2 months or so and massage your scalp when you are washing your hair, doing these make my hair grow very fast and keep it in great condition.

Oh I HATE when my hairdresser says 'cut your hair to make it grow' ... even though i know it makes 100% sense and IS most probably the only way! but...

for me my hair grows about an inch a year.. then i get it trimmed an inch.. then it grows an inch.. and so on and on... I've had the same length hair since my confirmation photos 15 years ago!!! :eek:

I've tried hair vitamins, expensive products, hair clip-on pieces... if anyone does find a magic fix please let me know
