Last time I bought track rod ends, they were €45 for the pair at a motor factors & they were for an Audi TT.
There is very little labour involved in fitting them however you will need wheel alignment afterwards.

Are you sure the problem is with your track rod ends Renault have problems with the inner tie rod end thats the piece the track rod end screws on to check link below for prices

As above, the inner tie rods are by far the most common problem on them.

thanks,yes i am sure,went to do wheel alignment,but track rod ends has to be changed before they can do it.
