    I need your advice/help to get me through his please? There is this women that I am crazy about and over the past few weeks I have been getting to know her (small steps at a time) I got talkin to her a few times, added her on facebook and just taking things easy (my friend told me she hasnt been out with anyone in 6 months so I thought there was no hurry and i didnt wanna seem pushy) Anyway over the past few weeks I have been thinking about her all the time and I have been looking through her fb pics. I don't know what it is about her she has me under a spell or somthing lol

    Anyway, She has a new BF I found out today and I am so upset.. I think I even took a panic attack earlier (couldnt breath properly for a while.). I really need a positive outlook but I just can't seem to cope with this?

    Sorry to hear that, OP. Just try to distance yourself from her a bit, and don't take quite so long to make a move on someone you're interested in next time ;). Chin up, there's plenty of women out there.

    I know the feeling and its horrible, wouldnt wish it on anyone but plenty of more fish out on the sea and all that. Best try and meet some other girls now rather then dwell on this.
