Aer Lingus Lounge in DUB T2

    Given that Aer Lingus are transferring operations to T2 (my regular AMS > DUB flights have started to operate from there), when will they open a Gold Circle lounge in the new terminal? Or is it already open - I can't find clear indication on the internet.

    It's open already, and is in use by Delta and one or two other airlines as executive lounges at the moment too.

    Not quite right.

    EI are currently using the DAA T2 as an interim lounge in T2. The new Gold Circle lounge is due to open in March/April and will be a part of their renewed service driven approach. New lounge will be a big improvement on the current offering and be over 2 floors. Also rumours of them offering hot food and other service enhancements.

    Didn't get a chance to check out the lounges at all on Sunday. When I turned up at T2, I was told to get over to T1 as the flight was going from there. Despite my boarding card saying T2 :)

    So instead, I paid a visit to the original Gold Circle lounge in SUB T1. I'd forgotting how annoying the evening sun is in that lounge.
