MS and the hospital phamacist

    Hi all,

Im doing a college report on the care hospital pharmacists give to the MS patient. I, luckily, have never been in hospital with my MS but was just wondering if anyone has views/opinions/experiences??

From published work I can see that in Ireland the hospital pharmacist doesnt do much. Abroad there seems to be actual MS pharmacist specialists.

Im studying pharmacy myself, in fourth year now, and we never had any classes on MS. Quite strange!!

    Anywho, any views welcomed!!

I foolishly surrendered my pain meds (gabapentin) on entry to hospital once. I was left without them for nearly 24 hours because the pharmacy had run out  Now, I'd just keep a stash in my bag.
