Simple answer, no. Same routes apply as anyone else: employee sponsorship, green card lottery, marriage etc..

What is the best way to get a sponsor, or how do I go about and get one

An apprenticeship won't qualify you for sponsorship. On paper you need a degree as a minimum, in practice you need a degree + unique experience (e.g, a PhD, specialist skills in your area).
