recommend mens hairstylist Dublin

I'm looking for a recommendation as to a good barber / mens hairstylist in Dublin. Someone who will give suggestions as to a good hairstyle in relation to the shape of my head or something like that (you can probably pick up on the fact that this is a newish area to me)
At the moment I'm using my local hairdresser who is a nice polish lady and what she does is fine enough but I get the impression if I asked her to shave a raw blade down the middle of my head she'd do it without a second thought.
I'd like someone with a "well, why dont you try this....." type of thing going on. I dont mind going to a student stylist, having said that I cant have anything too crazy as I work in a corporate environment.
Anyway, if there's anywhere you know of that fits the bill, and doesnt charge major money then please let me know.

Bedford Stuy in Temple Bar is brilliant.
Go once and you wont be moving again I promise.

Merchant Barbers is pretty good too, although depends on who you get.
