    http://www.irishretrieverrescue.com/

Maybe they can help. I know they are UK based but I'm sure they probably have dogs in foster homes here also.

There is actually a goldie rescue here in Ireland, run by a lady called Sandie in Dublin. I don't think they have a website, but I will get the phone number for you later and pm it to you.

I think you missed two possible candidates in DAWG see here.
http://www.dogactionwelfaregroup.ie/adoption.html One is listed as rehomed and the other as booked. you could always ring them re the younger dog if you are interested as sometimes the home falls through.

Also keep an eye on http://www.irishanimals.ie/laball_homes.html at the moment its most labs or lab crosses. there are usually a few in rescue but typical when you are looking for something they all seem to disappear.

Good luck with your search - they are a beautiful dog.

Sandie is actually on this site, there is an email address for her.

The other thing to do, is contact the breed club, sometimes they will run their own welfare scheme, don't know if its the case with this breed. They may also know of breeders who have had to take back dogs that they bred, but that they would like to go to good homes.
