Incorporating in the US & bank accounts

A part of my business will be taking revenue from the US soon. I want to incorporate a company in the US and also open a US bank account. I know BOI and AIB have branches in NY but I'm not touching either of them with a barge pole as I don't want my customers thinking they're paying money into a failed bank.

Has anyone got any advice how to do these two things from here in Dublin. Reputable US bank with a Dublin arm? Hoping I don't have to go over there if at all possible, time is constrained atm.

Don't know specifically about US banks, but if they are anything like as careful as the UK banks at the moment then I'd expect them to want to see you in person. Have been involved in opening a few accounts for foreign customers and they always want to meet the owners. The likes of HSBC in the UK is handy for this though as they have branches globally which makes thing simpler with people then being able to go to their local branch to deal with opening the foreign account.

Is there any US bank that might have a branch in London?
