    Boards is obviously a no no as the mods would kick your ass;)

    Is there anywhere out there thats good? Anywhere they even encourages it?

    Your own blog would be a decent start, you could build up industry recognition and demonstrate expertise, and pimp your business as much as you like.

    If there's somewhere to pimp your business, then everyone and anyone will be there so it will get lost amongst them all.

    Setup a blog, facebook page & twitter account. That's about as free as you're going to get.
