Tony Carmody is going to transfer from Inagh to Sixmilebridge it is as good as finalised, both clubs have agreed to the transfer. Sixmilebridge have much heated debate. going to go through at a county board meeting tuesday night

Tony has been living in the Sixmilbridge for the past number of years.

IMO this is a complete joke and sad sad day for Sixmilebridge Tony has never performed for Inagh/Kilnamona and by all accounts not too pushed about him leaving. So what is he going to do that a young lad from Sixmilebridge wouldn't have done.

absolute joke in fairness. Surely its not that much of an inconvenience for him to play for Inagh over the Bridge. With all the talent that the bridge have had at underage level for last 5 years surely the club can give these lads a chance instead of bringing in a lad who constantly underperforms.

This has been talked about for the last two years almost. If he wants to win a county title, he should be able to win it with inagh they have some good hurlers and if Carmody put in the effort and tried a little, instead of moaning and not trying a leg, he could win a county title with his home club. which should be the dream of any player. not as Carmody as done, to transfer to in a bigger club in theory now i might add, the same applies to other players int the county that have transfered to win county titles, Donal Madden and David Forde.

Inagh have not objected at all about this really says it all really. a very good player if he put it in. but doubt he ever will
