Ok, do I was taking off the handles, an a weird spring came out, I got a look at it, but have since misplaced it(lost) robin wondering, does anyone know where to get one? What it is? And where it actually goes in the m9. I have a sketch of how it looks

It keeps upwards pressure on the trigger rod (see photo)

Not sure where you would get a replacement spring from but I believe it is what you are looking for
