    asking carlovians about a carlovian ,who commits numerous crimes in carlow and ends up in court in carlow and still free to walk around carlow. wasnt looking to start a legal challenge or whatever ,just looking for carlovians point of view,hence posting in CARLOW thread.so why lock the thread???????????????:confused:
