    Where you based?

you could try Westward Engineering in Enfield, Trackday Performance in Wicklow or Kielys Engineering in Limerick.

Most garages could hone a block for you though..

Dublin North, Ill give westward and Trackday a call. I thought it would be the job of a engineering shop, the engine in Overbored anyways so I cant afford a **** up. There is just a tiny mark on #4 where the ringland went.

Ya most mechanics could Hone a block for you. I know my brother had to grind in valves and hone a block on a new insignia in work..

These ones are supposed to be better. http://www.flexhone.com/flexhone%20for%20cylinders.htm

They leave a much better cross pattern to bed in rings.

Thanks, but I had a look through it and the smallest size they do is 3", my bore size is 73.5 mm which is 2.8" roughly. :/
