Hi there, A few friends and myself are planning to go on a spin tomorrow and it's been left to me to decide on a route. I'd ideally like some hills but not too much. We're planning on leaving Ashtown at 12:30 (can't go any earlier because of a driving lesson) so we've got about 4 hours or so to play about with, is it…

This could be a good route. May be slightly over your time limit though, depending on your group's level of fitness. Of course, you could swing off to the right much earlier, and drop back into Bohernabreena, if you don't feel up to tackling the Sally Gap.
