I'm trying to find out which wires on the TPS do what folks , Obviously one is ground , one is 5v supply , and the remainder is the varying voltage back to the ECU . Anyone know which is which? I'm chopping the Ford plug off and joining it to the Throttle pot on my Throttle bodies.

    TIA.

I have a Haynes manual for a Mk4 Fiesta, and the wiring diagrams show the TPS has two (black) connections to the ECU and one (brown) connection from what I suspect is the +5 you mention, but it's not clear from the diagram.

I can scan this page for you, if that's any use. What model/revision of Fiesta is it?

This might be useful for you.

Component number 59 is the throttle position sensor, it's at the bottom of the diagram. Two black wires to the ECU, and a brown one shared with many components, presumably power. Unclear. One of the shared components is pin 91 of the ECU, apparently brown/red.

    Good luck!

Hopefully! It's all in place , Piper rally cams , Miltek 4-2-1 exhaust , GSXR Motorbike throttle bodies , ported /polished head , ARP rod bolts , and a MotecECU... aiming for 100bhp/litre . :)

Thanks for the wiring diagram , Phaxx.
