    has there ever been cases where solicitors acting as executioneer
    for a will holding monies...my wifes grandfather died recently but getting numbers of the solicitor has been difficult.The amount been left always seems to change gets less and less plus she says he's coming across v. nervous .my wife has two brothers and they been told different amounts as well could he be hiding something.

    Get a copy of the will. Simple as. You are perfectly entitled to it if you are a beneficiary or executor/administrator
