The answer is Yes, with a but.

GoCar run a sharing scheme, but they only have 3 locations in the city.

It also seems expensive, you could rent a car cheaper much of the time.

That's gas, never heard of this. So you could have a van to do an IKEA trip for €34... Not bad if there were two of you.
