Hi I'm currently looking for an investor for my business. Need 90k to match my 45k investment. I'd go alone just can't raise the funds from the banks.

EDA signed and sealed, repayment in 2 years and you will get paid out first, naturally. PM me if interested.

I think you'll need to give a lot more information if your serious about opening a conversation here. Whats the business is, who are you and whats your back ground and industry knowledge.

Is EDA a type-O or what exactly has Electronic Design Automation got to do with the investment?

Hi, the business is high quality paints. I've worked in the industry for 15 years and know it pretty well. EDA is an exclusive distribution agreement with the manufactuer for Ireland and the UK. Excellent ROI and huge potential.

Its a new brand of high quality paint?

If so is there a demand for such a product at the moment?

With the lack of new construction has there not been a major dip in paint sales in Ireland recently?

High quality paints have never been used in new construcion before. In fact NC only counts for less than 2% of our sales. No it's aimed at historical/restoration companies, homeowners and public spaces such as hospitals, libraries, musuems etc.

As far as demand yes it is huge. People only know what they have. Eg stores such as B&Q volume sell such low quality paint that it more or less has to be repainted in a year or two. This stuff lasts easily ten - fifteen years. Ideal for my markets.
