You will probably get something pretty close to what you want in TileStyle in Ballymount.

I like tilestyle. I think they do cool stuff and if you look carefully you can find good prices. They have a sale this weekend. They do these sales every month or two. I think they do a good product, and with the 50 percent off they are pretty good value.

The tilestyle shop is very badly laid out. It is hard enough to find stuff. If you have a specific requirement, you need to not be shy about asking for what you want. They must have about 100 types of white tiles.

Now if you want the true subway tile, that's a little bit tougher. They are kinda pricey and you need to get them from the supplier in NYC. This restaurant bought a load of 'em.

I've seen them in two tile shops I just popped into - wish I could remember where the first one was, cos I preferred them. The second shop was next to Aldi on the Longmile Rd, Dublin 12.

god that was fast - I was there last weekend. Anyway, now that I remember, the first subway tiles I saw had bevelled edges, and apparantly the real subway tiles have straight edges. some lovely photos of them in lovely colours here; just a shame the shop is in the USA!
