    Just seen it there on Rte news. Apprently in July there will be a new Australian Minister for migration - or something. Anyway apprently its going to be easier to get long term visa as they are re-developing the test which calculated your points for the skilled migration visa.

    As i gather they are placing more of an emphasis on English speakers and they are playing on inceasing the skills list.

    Sickener for those whos 2 year Visas are up and have to come home!

    Thats old news there is just a new points system coming in. That was posted on here months ago.

    It's not a free ticket you still need the same skills & experience, it just means that people from Ireland & UK have an advantage over those from Asia and the middle east.


    There will still be plenty go for 2 years on WHV and still won't make it.
