Best Colour lens for Clay Shooting

    Is there a best all round colour to use or does each colur have a different use ?

    Any info would be great, Thanks.

    I dunno what's best - suppose it depends on the person

    I use yellow tint if the light is poor, red tint if the light is normal and red Polaroid if there is a lot of glare

    the red brings up the colour of (red) clays if against a varied background - not much different if against the sky

    yellows brighten everything on an overcast day

    paroids stop you squinting on a very sunny day

    at least that's what I find - I use the same for rifle and pistol - lads that only shoot clays might have more detail
