Chorizo - skin on or off?

    As the tittle says, do you take the skin off or leave it on? I tend to take it off because i just cant imagine eating it but its quite hard to get off so i often wonder if its so hard to get off because its meant to be left on....

    Depends. If it's dried - on. I don't think there is any type you get in Ireland that you can actually take the skin off. That is, when it's cooked you see the seperation.
