What form do the non paye earnings take? (just ask as checking you dont need a form 11)

If i was you i'd calculate the paye, levies and prsi you owe yourself (or get someone who knows) and then submit the form, using your calculations as a check when the balancing statement issues.

i.e. not relying on the revenue or in case you make an error filing out the form.

PS. Not sure when the form 12 will be up, its just a matter of being patient. Or you could try ring the Revenue.

it's Form 12 I need, have submitted one for the last few years due to some outside income, form 11 would just confuse things.
I get a qualified accountant to do things, but usually in October, I want to see how much money I've spare. I've done the maths, and know what I need to pay them, but I've been advised not to send them the cash until they ask for it. Which they wont do until I submit a form 12. I'll call them and see.
    tks

Was looking for one myself a few days ago but they weren't up.

Went back today and they are available now.

Here's the link if you still need it.
