Quick question for anyone that might have the answer:

In the past 12 months where I work there have been numerous redundancies, including a group of approx 50 and individuals, the terms have been 7 Weeks uncapped, as recently as 2 weeks ago the last was paid.

This week there are a new raft of redundancies coming, my question is:

Legally do the company have to pay the terms agreed to in previous redundancies ie: 7 weeks as above, or can they simply offer statutory to the rest of the employees now ?

    Thanks

No, they don't have to make the same offer.
