cant copy to iphone 4

    hi all
    ive an iphone 4 and in work i cant copy playlist from itunes on to the phone. Its recoignised in itunes but i just cant drop over content from a playlist or a cd to it? any ideas?
    im working on an Imac

    Your Imac at work with Itunes on it might not have been authorised . I think you can authorise up to 5 PC’s/Mac’s . Check your mac at work, Advanced tab.

    went into Advanced and there is an option to 'deauthorize'... so im presuming that itunes on the Imac has been authorized. any other ideas?

    When you connect your iPhone. Is the tickbox for "manually manage music...." ticked?

    i think.. mind you i never done this ... i think you need to have "manage music manually" set on your work Mac.

    hi,
    this is not selected but when i do select it and click upon apply it tells me that it will sync and erase what is on the phone currently... dont really want to get rid of all the music i have on the phone already
