Boot wont open

Have an 8th generation Honda civic hatch back and the boot release button wont work is their any manual way i can open it or is it a job for the Dealer

Get a mate to push down on the boot lid while you pull the release. (edit - oops just noticed you mentioned botton which imples leccy).

Check the fuses or if you can hear it trying to open the mate solution may still work.

Also, check around the reg plate lights for a possible key entry.

Got it working. Well it just start working again must of been that time of the month for the car
