Some of you will know about this, lots will not Im sure.

"After Hours" is the busiest part of Boards so Im putting this here so more people will know that this is going on, It probably doesn't belong here but I don't think it should be moved, deleted, whatever yet...however that's a mods call.

    This http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056122734
is a thread from over in the Irish Economy Forum.

It's about the potential sale of Coillte to a private wealth Fund chaired by Bertie Ahern.

We have kind of grown "immune" as a society to scandals and the like with what has gone on here in the last few years but to pretty much give away 1,099,618 million acres of Ireland:eek:......Im lost for words.

How did you master the bra? Did it take long?

It's only a "potential" sale, so Ireland is not really for sale (for real this time).

I doubt it will happen, much as I doubt any of the state assets will be sold off, especially if Labour have anything to with it it.

There are a huge amount of forums on boards.ie. Often it can be difficult to locate the one you are looking for. If you need help please ask in newbies and FAQ.
If you post a thread in After Hours that is more suited to another forum it will either be locked or moved to the correct forum. If you are unsure if a topic is suitable for After Hours please send a private message to any of the moderators.

    For example:

Put a link to the thread in your sig perhaps.

    Locked.
