Alternative to herbal Viagra

Long and the short of it: I've a date Fri night and we're planning on sleeping together for the first time. I'm a naturally anxious person so performance anxiety will kick in. Worse yet, I've had a tough old time this past year and it's really killed my libido.

So a while back I tried these herbal pills and they worked a treat! I got the biggest erection I'd had in a long time, I felt strong and I could last for ages. It really was an amazing experience.

The only thing is it can have atrocious side-effects; headaches, nausea being the worst.

So what is the healthy solution? I'm really looking forward to fri night but as I say, I've been rendered fairly impotent. I've started taking six tablets of gingseng a day (heard that helps).

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Supplements like Zinc, L-Arginine and b-Complex are useful for this.

L Arginine in particular has actions in the same areas as commercial ED meds. It is part of the mechanism that creates Nitric Oxide, which is responsible for vasodilation, adn hence erection.

I don't think there's such a thing as herbal viagra. Correct me if I'm wrong, but is it something dodgy you ordered from the internet?

Quit drink, quit smoking, drink plenty of water, eat healthy and exercise daily.

Also see your GP to rule out underlying health issues.

If you have performance issues, then you might be best advised to talk to a GP. Do not attempt to self-medicate. As you said yourself, you previously experienced terrible side-effects.
