This guy is hilarious, it's almost like he's promoting the movie. I love his reaction.
After seeing this, all I want to do is sit him and his wife (Or who ever that was) down and show them A Serbian Film.
I did a bit of research online and it seems this is real and not some plant by the studios.
Instead of a trailer they should release this clip and at the 2 minute mark just put the title and release date on it.

I read in a review from inside the cinema that when security came in he pretended to be texting on his phone.
