PayPal Payment link not opening when selected

I'm consistently getting messages similar to the following when trying to pay with PayPal. It's getting very annoying. Any idea how I could sort the following: I'm using Chrome on Vista 64bit Ultimate.

I'm consistently getting messages similar to the following when trying to pay with PayPal. It's getting very annoying. Any idea how I could sort the following:

Error 205 (net::ERR_CERT_UNABLE_TO_CHECK_REVOCATION): Unknown error.

I'm using Chrome on Vista 64bit Ultimate.
