There's no direct public bus service between Ashbourne and Drogheda or Swords. I don't know about a privately opertated service but I don't think there is.
There are two indirect ways I can think of. If you could get from Swords to Dublin Airport, Bus Eireann's 109a goes through Ashbourne. Alternatively, if you could get from Drogheda to Duleek, Bus Eireann's 103 goes to Ashbourne.

Maverick is correct - although it's 12euro return from Ashbourne to the airport.. and the 103s to Duleek are few and far between!

As a non driver living in Ashbourne, I find it extremely irritating as it's so close to Swords/Drogheda and even Dublin City Centre. It costs a lot of bus fare to get anywhere :(
