    Hi.
Im doing up spreadsheets of products (10000's) for an online shopping channel and i have hit a problem.

I have 3 merged cells together under Column A, so under column B and C there are three cells per one cell in A. Each of the 3 Cells have a different Product in them eg:

    _____A_______B_______C
    1 AUDI A5____2367____1234
    2___________3827____3467
    3___________3647____9866

Ok what i need to do is insert two columns after column B and column C to have all the prdoucts in the one row. I need to do this for the upload.

So what I need to do is eg:

    ____A______B_____C____D____E____F____G
    1 AUDI A5___2367__3827_3647_1234_3467_9866
    2
    3

I hope i have explained it properly...if not let me know..and i hope someone can help..thank you in advance.

i'm not sure i understand the problem.. you want to insert columns? just right-click on C, insert. repeat as necessary.. or am i misreading this entirely?

Im new at this so find it hard to explain my problem on this. Sorry.
Ok attached is another spreadsheet sheet one has what i have and sheet two has what i need.

In sheet "have" its easy for me to insert a new column after column E and then copy and Paste E3 into new column F2.

Same has to be done with E7 and D7 and so on. I want just one row per product in coumn A where as now i have 2 or 3 rows per one product.

I hope this makes a bit more sense. Reason I dont want to do them one by one as explained is because i have more than 10,000 so is there a simple formula etc for doing this.

    Thank You.

Try the attached - I've filtered out the non blank column A - you could reverse the filter and delete the blank rows to get exactly as you need - I'm assuming two rows per Model/Engine/Year - you would need to change this if its not the case

Before you delete the unwanted rows, dont forget to paste/value the new colums
