This chainset is as new. It has been fitted to a bike that I never use and I would estimate has maybe 200 miles of use.

It is 10 speed - the rings are in almost unused condition.

    172.5mm carnk arms. 50/34 - compact chainrings

    - Full-carbon unidirectional-multidirectional cranks
    - Chainrings with MPS (Micro Precision Shifting)
    - Light-alloy sheared-drawn chainrings with antifriction treatment
    - 8 pins on the large chainring
    - Weight: 644g

This retails at Stg270 in wiggle in the UK. I am selling it for Eur160.

This can be used with SRAM or Shimano drivetrains as well as Campagnolo.

Thanks for that Mick - appreciate the information!

Asking price still represents a significant saving and am open to offers. Are you interested?

I currently have it working with a campag record short cage rear mech. However I don't believe it should be limited to a short cage mech.

Is this still for sale? It's probably a bit rich for me but if you were really, really, desperate to be shot of it? Are the BB cups included? Which cups does it take? Thanks, Paul

Hiya Paul - I hadn't intended on including the cups as I had planned on using them again with the 11 speed one I am planning on replacing it with.

However, if it makes it easier for you I can include them.

The cups are English thread - which are compatible with the majority of frames unless yours takes press fit (eg BB30) or Italian threaded cups.

I've been mulling this over. They're lovely cranks but they're a lot more than I need for the bike that I'm building. Nonetheless, I'd be prepared to go to €120 including BB cups if that's any good to you? Otherwise, it really makes more sense for me to just buy a cheaper R700 or 105 set. And who knows, this offer might draw out a lurker with a counter-bidwink.gif.

Paul - I accept your offer and will PM you to make arrangements.

    Thanks
    Gerry
