I'd prefer to waste as much of their time as I possibly can, so that they won't have enough time to visit everyone else on their "arse-licking we never done it" tour of the neighbourhood.

i was gonnna put a sign out saying all Fianna Fail canvasses will be shot on site.. but then i want to get the satisfaction of really showing them how angry i am. My family has been particularly affected by all this..

really want to get that message across.

Buy a meat cleaver. Get naked. Smear yourself in fake blood. Or faeces (real\fake doesn't matter). Answer the door brandishing cleaver. Get mate to take a pic of their face.

waste their time, make some excuse, "hang on while I turn off the cooker" and see how long they stand at the door,

Lots of "yes but , no but" and "hang on have to record a program for the manny" put the kettle on.

ask about the legal status of your mail order bride

ask them about getting planning permission and then claim that the guy they are canvassing for promised it to you for €2,500 and ask them to ring him up to get the money back

Don't forget to promise them you will vote for them if they do XY and z , taking the bins out , handstands and yodelling are optional

It's important to keep this promise in case they can recognise lying , Vote for them , even if it's 18th preference.

and job titles,
kick up stink if they are in the civil service (pretend not to know the politics ban doesn't apply to juniur grades) (kick up stink about decentralisation and ask why they didn't take it and why they didn't complain about the waste of money)

don't forget to get the local office number and ring later on and complain that they trampled all over your roses

complain that you are on the do-not-contact list at local headquarters
"what do you mean there is no such list, are you saying they lied to me, or that you wern't told about it ??" and rant on and on, don't let them leave threaten to sue them etc.

demand an autograph from the local candidate

I will welcome any Fianna Fail TD into my home and boil the kettle for a nice cup of tea. Now if the tea slips into their lap, then that's just pure coincidence

You could invite your local FF candidate in for a chat, ply them with tea and when they go to use the toilet, lock them inside.
Then write out a ransom letter to send to Michael Martin.
If you did this with every party you could really rake it in.;)
