This drives me mad ..I would love to be able to make a sensible assessment of what the political parties are offering us, but every debate seem to consist of ..I am right and you are wrong, followed by being terrified that Brian Dobson or some other reporter is going to catch then out!

Why cant each political party go on the television by themselves and outline there plans and then be brave enough to be questioned by economists and the like and not be afraid to defend themselves and their policies and also not try and avoid the hard questions of who is going to pay by answering with glib platitudes about burning the bond holders etc.

As soon as two from different parties start debating I turn the telly off!!!

I went on Labour's website and it's an absolute pain. They don't have any short version of their policies on major issues, just a load of PDF files on each issue.

OP, maybe you should ask in Politics? You can probably get a good overview of what each party wants there.

Also, of course, there are the parties' various websites.

Seems rushed and wanted to post on an internet forum. 6/10. Agree with "usual crap" statement. But unsure as to why writer has starred out the word Nazi as if it's the late 1940's.
