Ukash voucher

Anyone know anything about ukash vouchers on pokerstars? I have a voucher since last May, when I tried to use it Pokerstars wouldnt accept it. Why was this? can I cash it back for actual cash anywhere?

I use Ukash all the time on Stars with no problems. You might need to email Stars and check is your account set for deposit by card only.
