As an extreme optimist the glass is always half full even when it's half empty

Half full it's my round, half empty it's someone else's !

There both the same. Atari no F*****G difference.

Those that say their glasses are half-full are considered optimists. Yeah, but shouldn't we be more specific about the contents of the glass? If it's a glass of shít, I'm going half-empty. I don't like shít as an optimist. "Yeah, we gotta half-empty shít glass right here."

The glass is always fully full! You did not specify what it is full of!

My glass is half full of water, the other half is full of air!:D

Yeah, maybe the person who says it's half empty is the optimist? That old chestnut was always a bit of a grey area for me...

I believe the correct phrase is: MOAR drinks! :D

A glass is half full if you take an empty glass and only fill it to half of it's capacity. A glass is half empty if you have filled it to capacity and then removed half the contents.

    Half full or half empty?

Your question is half decent, because I'm an optimist.

Geek answer: The glass is always completely full unless it's in a vacuum. It's filled with air/liquid etc.

As an accountant id have to say the glass is twice as big as it needs to be!

As long as there's still some bottles of wine in the fridge, who gives a fig?

Pff, as an engineer I say it's twice the necessary volume.

Where is the DHD in all of this? /nerd

Technically speaking, the glass is always full, because half of it is filled by either water or alcohol, but you're forgetting the air molecules that is present which gives off the optical illusion that either the glass is half empty or half full.... :P

Sober. Half full- oh well it's closing time.
Drunk. Half Empty-**** it's closimg time!!!!!

What's the reason for being reasonable?

    Is that an unreasonable question?

it depends whether the glass was in the process of being filled or emptied prior to the question being asked
