It'll be properly open on Monday. The staff are currently in doing some training days.

No I meant the big canteen/restaurant that burned down.

I know a man who knows a man thats working there.
Serious spec gone into it, genuinely no expense spared.
I've seen some of the drawings & layouts for it.

No I think the prices are good. Was in there today ordered a sub. They were run off their feet and must've forgotten me, went back up after like 15 minutes and they gave me a free bottle of coke and made my sub there and then. Nice service but a bit of first day jitters

I just got a sambo in Chill (the guy in the blue hoody sitting on his own with a book in case you saw me

), wasn't impressed. I ordered the number 7 sandwich, which was supposed to have sundried tomatoes, goats' cheese and rocket, the girl making it had to ask someone else which ones were the sundried tomatoes, and then put mozarella and lettuce on... Didn't someone say the staff were doing training courses before opening?

bloody students, youre all the same.
Im talking about the new building, its not open yet, It has the best of everything in it.

I worked on the site as an engineer I can honestly say that place has a higher spec than alot of top class restaurants & hotels around the country.

If that was actually true, then I think people would have been plenty happy with the old canteen. The problem most people I know had with it was that by comparison to other canteens (college or otherwise), the quality:price ratio was on the low side.
