A friend worked there installing the cable tv back in the late 90's.
Said he was assigned prisoners to help him move things.
Apparently they were all as creepy as ****.

OP, ask the person who told you he's in jail which prison he is in.
It's not rocket science.
They don't know? Ask his family.
